All Summer Apple

Historical USDA watercolour of the All Summer Apple apple, painted 1873

All Summer is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in Pennsylvania, US (before 1850). It was grown primarily for eating. Flesh is white, tender, very good. The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with a watercolour study (1873), painted by Mary Daisy Arnold, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
