Beauty of Bath is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in Bailbrook, Batheston, Somerset, England (introduced 1864). It was grown primarily for eating. Width 59–63 mm, height 44–51 mm. The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with a watercolour study, painted by Bertha Heiges, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
