Celestia Apple
Celestia is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in Ohio, US (before 1850). It was grown primarily for cooking, eating. Width 83 mm, height 75 mm. The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with 7 watercolour studies (1840–1875), painted by Royal Charles b. Steadman and Deborah Griscom Passmore, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
