Cooper Early White is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in Possibly Illinois, US (before 1870). It was grown primarily for eating. Flesh white, crisp. The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with a watercolour study (1875), painted by Royal Charles b. Steadman, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
