Cornell Fancy is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in Pennsylvania, US (before 1870). It was grown primarily for eating. Stalk medium. The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with 6 watercolour studies (1840–1875), painted by Deborah Griscom Passmore and Amanda Almira Newton, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
