Crimson Beauty Apple
Crimson Beauty is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in Canada (1850-1880s). It was grown primarily for eating. Flushed and striped with red. The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with 2 watercolour studies (1860–1875), painted by Royal Charles b. Steadman and Amanda Almira Newton, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
