Hubbards Pearmain Apple
Hubbards Pearmain is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in Norfolk, England (before 1800). It was grown primarily for eating. One of the richest flavoured dessert apples. The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with a watercolour study (1838), painted by William Henry Prestele, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
