Irish Peach Apple
Irish Peach is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in Kilkenny, Ireland (19th century). It was grown primarily for cooking, eating. Excellent for baking. The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with a watercolour study, painted by Bertha Heiges, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
