Jersey Sweet is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in US (before 1820). It was grown primarily for baking. Width 72–90 mm, height 67 mm. The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with 2 watercolour studies (1840–1875), painted by Royal Charles b. Steadman and Deborah Griscom Passmore, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
