Lawver is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in Possibly Kansas, US (before 1850). It was grown primarily for eating. Width 61 mm, height 46 mm. The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with 7 watercolour studies (1860–1875), painted by Royal Charles b. Steadman and Ellen Isham Schutt, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
