Milton Apple
Milton is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in Geneva, New York (introduced 1923). It was grown primarily for eating. P Yellow Transparent x McIntosh. The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with 5 watercolour studies (1872–1875), painted by Mary Daisy Arnold and L.C.C. (Louis Charles Christopher) Krieger, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
