Milwaukee is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in Wisconsin, US (before 1899). It was grown primarily for cooking. Width 80 mm, height 65 mm. The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with 3 watercolour studies (1873–1875), painted by Mary Daisy Arnold and Royal Charles b. Steadman, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
