Orleans Apple
Orleans is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in Geneva, New York, US (introduced 1924). It was grown primarily for eating. P Deacon Jones x Delicious. The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with a watercolour study (1872), painted by James Marion Shull, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
