Strodes Birmingham is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in Pennsylvania, US (before 1875). It was grown primarily for eating. A small yellow apple. The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with a watercolour study, painted by Bertha Heiges, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
