Tetofski Apple
Tetofski is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in Russia (before 1831). It was grown primarily for cooking. A small apple. The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with a watercolour study (1840), painted by Deborah Griscom Passmore, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
