Trenton Early Apple
Trenton Early is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in New Jersey, USA (introduced 1852). It was grown primarily for cooking, eating. Flesh is white, tender, juicy, subacid. The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with 3 watercolour studies (1840–1875), painted by Royal Charles b. Steadman and Mary Daisy Arnold, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
