Webster is a heritage apple cultivar that originated in Geneva, New York, US (1921, Introduced 1938). It was grown primarily for cooking. P (Ben Davis x Jonathan) x (Ben Davis x Jonathan). The U.S. Department of Agriculture documented it with 2 watercolour studies (1873), painted by Mary Daisy Arnold, as official botanical identification records made before colour photography.
